LOAN PROCESSING AGENT

Reno, Nevada | $17–$18/Hour DOE | Hybrid Position

K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly detail-oriented Loan Processing Agent to join a professional team in Reno, Nevada. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with confidential information, and has a strong eye for detail. Accuracy is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for reviewing documents, entering information, and helping move loan files through the processing process.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

• Enter and update loan information in company systems

• Verify information and identify missing or inconsistent documentation

• Organize and maintain electronic loan files

• Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal team members as needed

• Follow established loan processing procedures and deadlines

• Track outstanding documentation and follow up when necessary

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information

• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documentation

• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy

• Assist with general administrative and processing duties

• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan process

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required

• Previous loan processing, banking, finance, mortgage, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency required

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Ability to learn new software and computer systems

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment

• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, DOE
