Food Systems Partnership Manager

ASE

The Michigan Good Food Fund (MGFF) is a statewide food financing collaborative investing in enterprises that expand equitable economic opportunity, improve healthy food access, and strengthen Michigan’s local food economy.

Since 2015, MGFF has deployed over $17 million in loans and grants to support 300+ Michigan-based food businesses. Through a combination of financing, technical assistance, and ecosystem collaboration, MGFF helps entrepreneurs grow resilient food businesses.

MGFF is administered by Fair Food Network (FFN), a national nonprofit based in Detroit advancing equitable food systems through policy, programs, and capital investment.

The Opportunity

  • Continue relationship development post-financing or program participation

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in food systems, economic development, impact investing, or related fields
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships across sectors
  • Background working with food or farm businesses and entrepreneurs in West Michigan preferred
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of community-based economic development and healthy food systems
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and collaborative partnerships

Who You Are
