Parts Professional / Shop Foreman (Collision & Auto Glass) Pay: $27-$35/hr DOE Location: Springville, UT Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Join a Shop That Runs on Experience, Not Chaos We're looking for a Parts Professional / Shop Foreman who knows the collision repair world and understands how critical the parts process is to keeping a shop moving. If you've worked in collision repair, auto body, or glass replacement and have experience using CCC ONE estimating software , this could be the next solid step in your career. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing the workflow of a shop, coordinating parts orders, and keeping repairs moving efficiently from estimate to completion. What You'll Be Doing Managing parts ordering, tracking, and inventory for collision repairs Working directly with estimators and technicians to ensure the right parts arrive on time Utilizing CCC ONE to review estimates, confirm parts accuracy, and track repairs Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to resolve shortages or delays Helping maintain an organized and efficient shop workflow Supporting technicians and ensuring repairs stay on schedule We're Looking For Experience in collision repair, auto body, or glass repair environments Hands-on experience using CCC ONE (CCC1) estimating software Knowledge of OEM vs aftermarket parts and ordering processes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to keep multiple repair orders moving without losing details Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide technicians What You'll Get $20-$25 per hour DOE Opportunity to play a key role in keeping a busy shop running smoothly Work with a team that values experience and efficiency If you've worked with CCC ONE and understand the parts side of collision repair , we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
