Starting Pay: $18.82–$19.73 per hour, depending on position

Bridor is hiring for several production-support positions at our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey:

• Packers
• Quality Control Technicians (MiniTabs)
• Sanitation Technicians
• Palletizers
• De-boxers

Applicants will be considered for the position that best matches their experience, qualifications, and our current staffing needs.

These positions work a fixed schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week .

• Monday–Wednesday: 4:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Thursday–Saturday: 4:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

• Monday–Wednesday: 4:45 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
• Thursday–Saturday: 4:45 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

The assigned shift and workdays will depend on the position and current openings.

Responsibilities will vary by position and may include:

• Pack and inspect finished bakery products
• Monitor products for quality, weight, labeling, and packaging accuracy
• Record quality information using MiniTabs or production documentation
• Stack and prepare finished products for storage or shipment
• Remove products or materials from boxes for production use
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas
• Follow food-safety, GMP, quality, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and ready for production
• Report product, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Applicants must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Packing or packaging in a manufacturing or production environment
• Quality control, product inspection, documentation, or MiniTabs
• Industrial or food-manufacturing sanitation
• Palletizing, warehouse, or finished-product handling
• De-boxing, material handling, or production-line support

Candidates must also be able to:

• Stand and work for the complete 12-hour shift
• Perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Lift, carry, bend, reach, and move materials as required
• Follow all food-safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
• Maintain reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Work the complete assigned schedule, including weekends when required
