Occupational Medicine APP Opportunity - Regional Occupational Health NetworkLocation: Springfield, MAEmployment Type: Full-Time, permanent positionSchedule: Monday - Friday No Nights or Weekends

Position OverviewA growing occupational health network in Springfield is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative occupational medicine team serving employers across southern New England.This opportunity offers a predictable weekday schedule, strong work-life balance, and the ability to practice within an established regional occupational medicine program focused on proactive injury prevention and workforce health.

Position Highlights Full-time weekday schedule: Monday - Friday No evenings, nights, or weekends Primary practice location in Springfield with occasional regional coverage responsibilities in: Hartford Stafford Occupational health network serving more than 500 regional employers Services include: Workplace evaluations Pre-employment physicals DOT examinations Injury prevention initiatives Collaborative team-oriented practice model Opportunity to work independently while supported by integrated health system resources

Qualifications BC/BE Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Occupational medicine experience preferred Candidates with backgrounds in: Emergency Medicine Urgent Care Family Medicine Internal Medicine Orthopedic Surgery General Surgery are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills required Exceptional new graduates will be considered
