Work Schedule: 4 10 hour Shifts or 3 12 Hour shifts, Monday - Saturday. No dialysis experience? We’ll train you. About the role As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, educating patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatments. Paid dialysis training provided No dialysis experience required No overnight shifts or Sundays Build long-term relationships with patients Grow your nursing career through CAP Work with a supportive, collaborative care team What you’ll do Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements Preferred One year of RN experience Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience Compensation The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate’s work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
