Upper Darby Office, Holcomb, 225 South 69th Street, Upper Darby, PA 19082, USA Location: Upper Darby, PA Pay Rate: Starting at $33.00+/hour Schedule: Part-Time (Potential to lead to Full-Time) Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) What You’ll Do Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior support plans. Provide mobile behavioral consultation and crisis intervention services in home, school, and community settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorization paperwork. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and required annual training. Monitor client progress and analyze treatment outcomes to support ongoing care. What You Bring Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field. Minimum one year of experience providing behavioral or mental health services to children or adolescents. LBS preferred; candidates eligible for BSL/LBS certification will also be considered. Required clearances include PA Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI Fingerprinting, and Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification.
