As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and document security-related activities using computer or tablet technology. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or financial institution personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of condominium common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials or authorization when required, and document unusual conditions, incidents, and maintenance-related observations. Communicate professionally with property management, residents, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming, orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
