Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

Rockville, MD - Hybrid First 2 Weeks Only , Then Fully Remote Fulltime We are seeking an experienced US Federal Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for functional, business, sales, proposal, and leadership positions, with exposure to IT and technical roles. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for U.S. federal government contracts and an understanding of federal hiring, compliance, and staffing requirements. Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT and functional roles including Sales, Proposal writers, Capture Managers, Program Managers, and Leadership positions Support recruitment for select IT and technology-enabled roles as needed Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and contract requirements Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Ensure compliance with federal hiring standards and company policies Maintain accurate records in ATS and track candidate pipelines Build long-term talent pipelines for federal functional and leadership roles Experience recruiting for functional, sales, proposal, or leadership roles Familiarity with security clearances and federal compliance requirements Exposure to recruiting IT or technical roles Experience with ATS and CRM tools
