Work You'll Do As a Manager on the team, you will be responsible for: Facilitating requirements and design workshops, providing guidance on solution design and best practices, and managing risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with compliance, policy, and operational requirementsDriving high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery execution to minimize rework and support traceabilityAnticipating and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrationsSupporting change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption and successful business outcomesApplying working knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide solution decisions and delivery planningDirecting cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery, timely issue resolution, and milestone achievementPartnering with public sector business stakeholders supporting large workforces (scaling to 10,000+ employees) to define requirements, redesign processes, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions and sound functional design decisionsLeading the end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions4+ years of experience with leading the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence module(s)Bachelor’s degreeAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for the roleMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations within large-scale, multi-stakeholder public sector programs supporting 10,000+ employeesExperience in government and public sector implementations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $252,500.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
