The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience practicing health law or handling matters involving health care regulatory compliance, reimbursement, licensing, or related areas. The candidate must have strong research, writing, and analytical abilities. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies. The candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail.Responsibilities:The Attorney will advise health care providers and related entities regarding compliance with state and federal health care laws and regulations. The Attorney will support clients in matters involving licensing, certification, reimbursement, and administrative proceedings. The Attorney will conduct legal research and draft memoranda, regulatory analyses, contracts, and other legal documents. The Attorney will represent clients before regulatory bodies and in administrative or judicial proceedings as needed. The Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys to support ongoing client counseling and transactional matters. The Attorney will maintain awareness of developments in health care law and apply them to client needs.
