Pediatrics Opportunities in the St. Augustine, FL area (Near Jacksonville)!!\n
\nPositions Available due to Strategic organizational market expansion\n
\nMultispecialty group consisting of primary care/family medicine, pediatrics, and urgent care.\n
\nCurrently 8 providers at two practice locations including urgent care and primary care.\n
\nCall coverage to be determined.\n
\nOffice Hourse are: 8am to 5pm\n
\nThe practice recruiting is part of a new state-of-the art health village consisting of primary care, \n
\npediatrics, OB/GYN (community partner), urgent care, laboratory services, and imaging. \n
\nThe health village will emphasize a seamless integration of high quality health care, consumerism, and digital health. \n
\nThe health village is being constructed to support a rapidly growing community in a highly desirable\n
\narea of a sought-after county in Northeast Florida.\n
\nWe are looking for candidates who are focused on providing an excellent patient experience in conjunction with delivering high quality health care. \n
\nBoard certification in respective specialty is preferred.\n
\nPatient Population: Insurance demographic for the region in which the practice will operate consists of 42% commercial insurance, 40% Medicare, \n
\n8% Medicaid, and 8% other. The predominate commercial payor in the area is BlueCross BlueShield.\n
\nPatient Volume: Ramp up time is anticipated. However, it would be expected of the physician to see upwards of 20 patients per day within 3-6 months.\n
\nCompensation: Base compensation depending on specialty with quality and engagement bonus, as well as productivity bonus available\n
\nSign on and/or educational loan assistance bonus\n
