Senior Program Analyst

Our client, a leading global media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support a large-scale strategic initiative. Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple cross-functional project workstreams. Maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, and supporting documentation. Prepare executive presentations, briefing materials, meeting agendas, and status reports. Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and communications across multiple stakeholder groups. Capture meeting notes, key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks. Partner with business leaders to keep initiatives aligned, identify potential risks, and help ensure projects remain on schedule despite changing priorities. Gather, organize, and synthesize information from cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making. Maintain organized project documentation while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide day-to-day program support in a dynamic environment where priorities and responsibilities may evolve over time. Qualifications Required Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, Consulting, Strategic Operations, or a related field. Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and reporting. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Preferred Experience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale strategic initiatives. Previous experience within a Project Management Office (PMO). Exposure to finance organizations or finance transformation initiatives. Experience working in environments where priorities and project scope evolve over time. Why Apply?
