Job Description Job Description California Partner (hybrid Los Angeles- Century City): General Liability Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney or Junior Partner to join their California office to handle a growing volume of General Liability matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator looking to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and expanding practice. Responsibilities: • Handle general liability matters from inception through resolution • Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation • Provide strategic legal counsel and case evaluation to clients • Maintain and develop strong client relationships • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex litigation matters • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development • Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school • Licensed and in good standing in California • Significant experience handling general liability defense matters • Strong litigation, analytical, and writing skills • Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships • Portable book of business is a plus, but not required • Candidates with an associate or small team interested in transitioning with them are highly encouraged to apply Compensation: • Partner-level compensation ranging from $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experience and portable business • Bonus opportunities available • Competitive benefits package offered The firm is also open to considering highly qualified Senior Associates seeking long-term growth into a partnership-track opportunity.
