The HOA Community Manager oversees community operations and supports effective association governance across an assigned portfolio. This role coordinates with boards, residents, vendors, and service providers while managing budgets, compliance activities, meetings, property inspections, maintenance, documentation, and community timelines.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day community operations across an assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate with association boards and attend board, annual, and executive session meetings.
• Prepare board packets, meeting materials, and annual budgets.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain accurate community records and documentation.
• Manage vendors, obtain bids, oversee vendor contracts, and monitor maintenance activities.
• Build positive resident relations and address community concerns.
• Conduct property inspections, enforce community violations, and track compliance.
• Maintain community calendars, timelines, and other administrative processes.

 

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homeowners association management.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Community Association Manager certification.
• Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) credential.
• Experience with homeowners association management and property management software.
• Experience with budget administration and vendor contract management.
• Knowledge of community association governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Conflict resolution, written communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Experience processing architectural requests and preparing meeting minutes.
