We are seeking RPV Pilots to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Job# TI1472 Job Description TechINT Solutions Group is looking for motivated individuals to operate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) remotely piloted vehicles (RPVs), ground stations, and payloads. Responsibilities include gathering intelligence for mission planning, building and fabricating COTS remote-controlled vehicles, and configuring flight controllers for waypoint missions. Requirements Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Experience instructing large groups of personnel in a military environment. Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft, including hobbyist UAS experience. Must obtain a Certified FAA UAS PART 107 Pilot License. Experience with all RPV types (land, air, sea) and ability to design/fabricate with limited instructions or pre-built kits. Ability to research emerging RPV technologies, describe their advantages, and assess their impact on DoD capabilities. Proficient in MS Office and automation tools supporting analytical efforts. Ability to work independently and interact with various organizations and military units. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Education and Experience Junior Level BA/BS with 0-3 years experience or Associates degree plus 4 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree). No degree with 6 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree). Journeyman Level BA/BS with 3-10 years experience or Associates degree plus 4 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree). No degree with 6 years experience (equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree). Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience with Group 2+/3 UAS, specifically Penguin B and Penguin C platforms. Manned pilot experience. Ability to interpret aeronautical charts. Experience with air traffic control communication and coordination.
