Registered Nurse - Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room

Job Details

22 semi-private rooms Post-surgical setting caring for patients that have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery. You will work closely with the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs. Post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, OR SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history 1.\t2 years of experience, no testing required 2.\t1 year of experience required at a 600+ bed academic hospital w/passing competency testing score. Competency test required within 48 hours of submission, sent via HSH to candidates email. Please ensure an up-to-date email is provided at time of submission. They will also be sent a Skills Checklist that will need to be completed as well. 3.\tTrauma level 1 experience is HIGHLY preferred. Trauma levels MUST be included on applicants resume and be accurate 4.\tEPIC Experience 5.\tProfessional references must be recent - no more than 1 year old 6.\tNY license (#/exp). OK to submit without an active NY RN. Must have a US SSN to submit. 7.\tNon-local- see excluded counties in internal notes
