Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packager to support product assembly and packaging of finished medical products. This role involves working in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Packager will perform product cleaning, documentation, and packaging activities to prepare products for shipment and sterilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ass emble and package medical products using one-piece flow methodology in a Lean environment.
2. Verify components for count, quantity, and revision.
3. Read and interpret drawings and process summaries.
4. Generate and affix labels to properly identify materials.
5. Clean components using alcohol cleaning procedures in preparation for assembly.
6. Assemble products manually or with fixtures.
7. Seal products using heat sealing machines (pouches, trays, poly bags).
8. Box and package products for shipment to sterilizers.
9. Measure products per drawing/inspection instructions.
10. Support automated machines as needed.
11. Complete required training within prescribed timeframes.
12. collaboratively in a team environment, participating in continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen events).
13. Complete documentation to comply with company policies, Quality Manual, FDA, QSR, and international standards.
14. Train new, transferring, or less-skilled employees as assigned.

Required Qualifications

1. H igh school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.
3. Ability to read and write in English.
4. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

1. Pr ior experience in medical device packaging or cleanroom environments.
2. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing practices.

Physical Demands

1. Abil ity to stand for extended periods of time.
2. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
