Position Details Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11 pm – 7 am. Job Title: Youth Specialist (Full Time), Concord, CA Location: On‑Site – Antioch, CA Department: Family and Community Services Reports to: Program Supervisor/Program Director Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour About Aspiranet Aspiranet is a mission‑driven social services agency that has supported California communities since 1975. Position Summary The Youth Specialist is responsible for the care and supervision of children and youth placed at the Receiving Center. Major responsibilities include providing care and supervision of youth, completing youth screenings, implementing a youth’s service and safety plans, working one‑on‑one with youth to support identified behaviors, administering medication, documenting all activities, transporting youth, liaising with public health nurses and county social workers, and maintaining the center site. Key Responsibilities Youth Support Develop a professional and supportive relationship with youth and serve as a liaison with the nurse and social workers Report all incidents and concerns to supervisor Attend required meetings, supervisions, trainings, and maintain the center site Documentation & Compliance Complete all required documentation in the database within established timelines Maintain accurate, organized family files and instructional materials Adhere to agency, funder, state, and federal confidentiality standards Collaboration & Professional Development Attend team, collaborative, community, and all‑staff meetings Participate in required trainings and supervision Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and professional boundaries Qualifications BA or BS degree in social work, psychology, or related field with

1. year experience in a child welfare or behavioral health field with children exhibiting complex trauma and resultant challenging behaviors, OR
2. full‑time years of experience in the same field.
