COTA Job Overview Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time, school-based position near Wilmington, MA. The COTA will provide occupational therapy services and support students across K12 in a collaborative special education environment.

Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT. Support students with fine motor, sensory, functional, and classroom skills. Implement student IEP goals and occupational therapy interventions. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with OTs, teachers, special education staff, and families. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities.

Qualifications Current COTA certification through NBCOT. Massachusetts COTA license or eligibility for state licensure. Associate degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program. School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
