Senior Practitioner - Child & Youth Trauma-Informed Support

Jesuit Social Services is seeking a qualified candidate to join its Justice Programs, focusing on the Reset initiative. You will provide intensive, trauma-informed case management for 8–13 year olds at risk of youth justice involvement, coordinating with families, schools, ACCO, and health services to support sustained behaviour change and wellbeing.
