IT Manager - Caprock - Aramark Nexus

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• Progressive experience in information technology, IT operations, network infrastructure, systems administration, technology management, or a related field.
• Experience as an IT Manager, IT Operations Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Network Manager, Systems Manager, or similar technology leader is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a hotel, resort, cruise ship, large campus, healthcare facility, entertainment complex, or another large-footprint operation is highly valued.
• Strong experience with enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, telecommunications, and technology troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large network deployments, technology integrations, system implementations, or other complex IT projects.
• Strong project management skills, including vendor, timeline, budget, dependency, and concurrent initiative management.
• Experience supporting integrated business systems and coordinating technology across operational departments.
• Strong understanding of IT security, access management, data protection, system reliability, and operational continuity.
• A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Schedule flexibility, potentially including evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours escalation, to support a 24/7 operation.

• Analyze, design, configure, install, and optimize servers, LANs, WAN interfaces, and data communications hardware and software.
• Support virtual and cloud-based environments.
• Coordinate with and support third parties carrying out server, LAN, and data communications configurations and installations.
• Conduct preliminary testing of server, LAN, and data communications installations, coordinating as needed with IT Field Support and Master Data teams.
• Maintain and repair servers, switches, routers, and other data communications equipment, coordinating third-party service when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot issues on site during business hours and provide on-call support outside those hours.
• Keep infrastructure servers, data communications equipment, and local and remote communications gear operating efficiently and reliably.
• Restore failed or degraded network components and facilities to meet service-level agreements.
• Perform network operating system hardware and software upgrades and provide second-level support for hardware, operating system, database, and communications issues.
• Maintain the security of POS systems, databases, and networks under Aramarks control.
• Use knowledge of LAN protocols and diagnostic techniques to analyze, diagnose, and resolve network problems.
• Communicate effectively with client technology personnel on joint venture implementations.
• Develop and maintain systems documentation for LANs, WAN interfaces, and infrastructure interfaces, including technical reference materials.
• Manage infrastructure vendors across the Aramark account portfolio, ensuring value and customer service meet expectations.
• Lead technology operations for the site, including network infrastructure, connectivity, hardware, end-user technology, integrations, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, projects, and ongoing support.

We are hiring a full-time IT Manager for Caprock, a large-scale workforce community operated by Aramark Nexus near Mobeetie, Texas, about 30 minutes east of Pampa. The role supports a 24/7 residential and hospitality operation and offers a technology leadership opportunity in a growing community serving regional employees. Caprock brings together dining, housing, transportation, housekeeping, security, recreation, and guest services. The position includes free room and board for the duration of employment: private, single-occupancy on-site housing with a bed, work area, television, bathroom and shower, and in-room connectivity, plus three meals daily at no cost. Team members may return home during scheduled time off while retaining their Caprock housing. Visitors and pets are not permitted in employee housing.
