This role ensures KPS Global meets safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping goals.Major ResponsibilitiesCoordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specificationsIdentifying problems and initiating corrective actionDirecting multi-functionsAdministering company policies and proceduresEnsuring employee safety via SMS processes and proceduresDetermining man power requirements to meet schedulesFacilitating internal continuous improvement processesParticipating in formulating manufacturing policies and proceduresRequired SkillsBi-lingual English and Spanish speaker preferredAnalytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills both verbal and writtenAbility to direct associates using facilitation and demonstration techniquesMechanical aptitude to interface with people and processesAble to manage multiple short-term tasks at the same timeDirect Reports 15 – 30Must be able to work in a normal factory environment that is subject to ambient temperature conditionsMust be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods of timeMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to work flexible hoursRequired ExperienceHigh School Diploma5 – 8 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with 5 years in a supervisory roleSix Sigma Lean Certification preferredUnderstanding of ISOUnderstanding of Lean Principles and 5S4201 Beach Street, Fort Worth, TexasFull-Time/Regular
