Exciting Night Shift Nursing Opportunity!

• ABOUT: Join our dynamic six-bed MOSU team, providing comprehensive nursing care for post-surgical patients and those facing critical conditions such as:



• Post-cardiac catheterizations
• Respiratory failure
• Sepsis
• DKA
• AKI
• Unstable arrhythmias
• PATIENT RATIO: Experience a supportive environment with a:
• Critical Care Ratio: 2:1
• Step Down Ratio: 4:1
• Standard Ratio: 6:1
• MISC: Have the flexibility to float to Med/Surg, Tele, Step-Down, and Observation floors.
• SHIFT: Embrace the excitement of a 12-hour night shift (7p-7a) plus on-call responsibilities!
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bring your expertise in critical care nursing, including:
• Initiation/titration/management of vasopressors, thrombolytics, antihypertensives, antidiabetics, and sedation
• Ventilator management
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Sepsis management
• Central line management
• Arterial line management
• Chest tube management
• Blood administration
• EQUIPMENT: Work with state-of-the-art technology including:
• Medication infusion pumps
• Rapid infuser
• Bedside cardiac monitors
• Mechanical ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP
• High-flow nasal cannula
• Bladder scanner
• ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Flu vaccine is required (no exceptions)
• 100-mile radius rule (we will not accept travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles)
• RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply



• CONTRACT: 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours of 36.
