Leasing Manager

Growing multifamily property management company is seeking a Leasing & Community Experience Manager to lead leasing operations, drive occupancy, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities: Lead all leasing activities from prospect inquiry through move-in. Drive occupancy, leasing, and renewal goals. Conduct property tours and convert prospects into residents. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns. Plan resident events and engagement initiatives to increase retention. Execute local marketing and outreach efforts. Manage online reputation and apartment listings. Partner with maintenance to ensure apartment readiness. Maintain accurate leasing documentation and ensure Fair Housing compliance. Monitor market trends and provide leasing performance reporting. Qualifications: 3+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience. Proven success achieving leasing and occupancy goals. Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Entrata, or similar property management software. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience with Class A multifamily communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
