Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)

Location -Springfield, Missouri

Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention services
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings
Deliver trauma-informed and client-centered care

Qualifications

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active PLPC in Missouri or eligibility to obtain licensure
Strong skills in counseling, assessment, and treatment planning
Knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
