Overview Retail Sales Associate - Bedrooms (Full-Time) – IKEA JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-Time, Hourly Associate HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance What you’ll be doing day to day Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales. Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely. Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers. Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs. Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products. Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability. Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range. Benefits and hours The starting hourly pay range for this role is $19.57 - $22.51.
