ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Amazon Account Strategist to help our brand partners accelerate growth and win on Amazon. You’ll own the strategy behind your accounts, identifying opportunities, building growth plans, and translating those plans into action across Amazon’s ecosystem.

You’re equal parts strategist and operator, able to step back and see the big picture, then dive into the details to drive results. You’ll leverage Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, and other Amazon programs to optimize performance, expand opportunities, and build sustainable growth for our brand partners.

This role is ideal for someone who knows Amazon inside and out, thinks commercially, and is constantly asking, “ What else can we do to grow this business?” You’ll have the autonomy to test new ideas, develop programs, and uncover opportunities, all with the goal of helping our brands sell more and grow smarter on Amazon.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Own day-to-day client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner and identifying new opportunities to drive growth across the Amazon ecosystem.
• Lead account strategy and develop actionable growth plans that connect client goals with opportunities across Amazon.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify new revenue streams, solve business challenges, and continuously evolve their Amazon strategy.
• Collaborate with a team of Amazon experts to share insights, challenge thinking, and develop strategies that help our brand partners outperform the competition.
• Lead cross-functional strategy across PLTFRM, partnering closely with Advertising, Marketing, Creative, Content, Inventory, and Operations to ensure every part of the business is working toward the same growth goals.
• Turn performance data and marketplace insights into clear recommendations, priorities, and next steps for both clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of changes across Amazon, proactively identifying new programs, tools, and opportunities that can drive incremental growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Hands-on experience managing and growing brands across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Deep understanding of Amazon strategy across content, SEO, paid and organic search, promotions, pricing, inventory, and conversion
• Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and SKU-level performance
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
• Ability to turn data and marketplace insights into clear strategies that drive revenue and profitable growth
• Strong client management and communication skills with the ability to influence and present strategic recommendations
• Experience partnering cross-functionally across Advertising, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Inventory, and Operations
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment while balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution
