As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

• Diploma in Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
