Written Support Specialist (Monday - Friday, 12pm-8pm)

About the Role As a Written Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for borrowers via email, web chat, and social media. You’ll provide accurate information, keep detailed records, and ensure a friendly and informative experience. No loan applications or loan term discussions will be taken; this role focuses on support and compliance. Responsibilities First point of contact for borrowers via email, social media, phone, and web chat. Answer general questions about the VA loan process while following guidelines that prohibit discussing loan terms. Track borrower interactions using systems like CRM, Cisco Finesse and Web Chat platforms to ensure proper documentation. Pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture. Qualifications Experience navigating mortgage software/CRM systems, Encompass, Outlook. At least 6 months as a customer service representative or similar role. Working knowledge of PC, Mac, Android, Apple or Linux systems. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Comfortable with technology and basic computer systems. Excellent customer service skills, clear communication, conflict resolution confidence.
