Maintenance Supervisor

Job Opportunity at SERVPRO®

Travel to homes and businesses throughout Evansville to complete assignments. Document, perform and supervise work quality, managing assignments from start to finish. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure progress. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment and warehouse. Great customer service skills is a must.

High craftsmanship performed to company standards. Job documentation completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained. Communicate with manager and office on job progress. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean and orderly.

Minimum requirements include:

• Valid drivers license with no recent suspensions
• Pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be willing to be on call on occasion
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
