Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to client needs.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, based on client goals.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records while adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest research and methods in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC role at Embodied Mind Counseling P.C involves working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and group therapy participants. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a therapeutic setting is necessary.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload. In addition to base salary, we provide substantial benefits including:
