Pursuit, a PE-backed manufacturing services company, is seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to own the sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll work directly with the CEO and have a real impact on revenue, targeting OEMs and industrial buyers from our Savage, MN base. This hybrid role requires 3+ days onsite, a hunter mentality, and a track record of 5–10 years in B2B sales. You’ll leverage a growing pipeline (360+ leads, dormant accounts) to generate $150k+ OTE in year #J-18808-Ljbffr Pursuit
