Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable Assemblers to join a manufacturing team in Delaware, OH. This position involves assembling automotive headliners for car models in a fast-paced production environment. No weekends are required, and overtime may be available.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive headliners according to production specifications
- Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards
- Inspect completed products for defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Overtime: May be available until approximately 4:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
- Perfect Attendance Bonus: $40
- Pay Increase: Eligible for a $1.00/hour increase after successfully completing 6 weeks and being hired on
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
