Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

The role involves providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department as a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs; promoting patient and family-centered care; educating patients on managing their illness or injury; and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The RN will collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and communicate individualized care plans, prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and support patients and families during urgent medical situations. Qualifications include an RN license, a nursing diploma or associate's degree, with preferred qualifications of a bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. Key skills are critical nursing skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
