Empower high school students to find their voice while making a positive impact as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Orting, WA. This onsite, contract position is set for the 2026-2027 school year, offering the opportunity to work closely with students and collaborate with a supportive team of educators.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current WA SLP License; WA Teaching Certificate may also be required
• Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working within school settings, especially with high school populations, is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to tailor therapy plans for diverse student needs and foster engagement in educational settings

Position Highlights:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and additional school staff to support students’ educational journeys
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student success
• Work onsite, 37.5 hours per week, in a welcoming school community
