You will be the Global Supply Chain Manager for the PAC-3 MSE Missile & Launcher team. Our team is responsible for end-to-end supply-chain management, material accountability, and delivery performance for critical missile programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Global Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary supply-chain analyst team, driving strategic sourcing, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of program materials.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Own material responsibility exceeding $100?M and manage purchase-order processing.

• Develop and execute second-sourcing, tooling upgrades, and capacity expansion strategies.

• Lead KPI dashboard creation and status reporting for program leadership.

• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and subcontractors to meet contractual obligations.

• Champion continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and advanced ERP analytics.

This position is in Dallas.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: ?A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Supply-Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience combined with specialized training pertinent to the role.

• Leadership Capability: ?Full-spectrum leadership- ability to lead, delegate, motivate, and coach individual contributors within a team environment.

• Security Clearance: ?Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) clearance.

Desired Skills

• Supply-Chain Expertise: ?10?+?years of experience in supply-chain, procurement, or a closely related discipline.

• SAP Proficiency: ?Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, and SCM modules, including MRP/ERP functionalities.

• Large-Scale BOM Management: ?Demonstrated ability to manage procurement for a Bill of Materials of 2,500?+?parts in a PP&C or Global Supply-Chain environment.

• Acquisition & SAP/P2P Knowledge: ?Working familiarity with Lockheed?Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and SAP / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• Training & Coaching: ?Proven track record of onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: ?Strong social acumen; adept at building trusted relationships across engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and external partners.

• Communication & Negotiation: ?Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; skilled at influencing stakeholders and negotiating favorable terms.

• Risk Management: ?Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate supply-chain risks proactively.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
