Prep Cook
Prepare fresh ingredients, salads, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items. Assist with daily food prep and kitchen production. Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate the register and accurately process customer purchases during lunch. Greet students, faculty, and guests with friendly, professional service. Restock food displays, beverages, and retail items throughout the day. Keep both kitchen and serving areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow all HACCP and food safety standards. Work closely with both the culinary and front-of-house teams.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Some weekends, evenings, or catering events with advanced notice.
Pay Type: $19.00 - $20.00 Hourly. Time Commitment: Full Time.

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
