TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician for a full-time, permanent position in Tarboro, North Carolina. Position Details:

• Job Type: Permanent

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
• Call: Shared regional call schedule
• Setting: Outpatient-focused with hospital privileges
• Support Team: Experienced nurses, navigators, and nurse practitioner support

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

• Develop treatment plans for newly diagnosed hematology and oncology patients
• Provide chemotherapy oversight and ongoing patient management
• Supervise and collaborate with a nurse practitioner for follow-up visits
• Lead multidisciplinary tumor board discussions
• Participate in community-based cancer care while collaborating with regional oncology teams for advanced and late-stage diagnoses

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Active North Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
