Hospital Concierge: Patient Experience Pro (Part-Time)

Henry Ford Health seeks a Concierge to ensure total patient and guest satisfaction by delivering exemplary service to guests and stakeholders. You will greet guests in a cheerful, professional manner, assess needs, and be a resource for information across departments. You will address feedback per policy and regulatory requirements.
