Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Montana Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) settings preferred. Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injury, amputation, or complex neurological conditions preferred. Ability to provide documentation and clinical notes consistent with regulatory and IRF requirements.

Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient acute rehabilitation). Shift: Days. Shift Hours: 08:00–16:30. Shift Type: Day shift, typical workday schedule. Patient Population: Inpatient acute rehabilitation focusing on stroke, brain injury, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic recovery.
