We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Food Expeditor to join our team on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask quickly and efficiently, and ensures all food orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Ensure all food orders are prepared correctly and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Verify order accuracy before food leaves the kitchen.
• Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously during busy service periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station.
• Assist with resolving order issues quickly and professionally.
• Support teamwork and efficient kitchen operations during high-volume shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
