Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the warm, welcoming presence that sets the tone for each guest's stay. You'll greet every guest with positivity, manage smooth check-ins and checkouts, and provide clear, helpful information throughout their visit. If you're passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service, we'd be excited to have you on our team.

Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina are hiring to join our team!

Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous telephone service and assist guests with inquiries.
  • Handle guest reservations, changes, and confirmations.
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Must pass background check.
  • Must be able to work 1st or second shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
