Job Summary:

We are seeking a PCA to provide individualized care and support to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to observe and report changes in resident behavior, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as transferring, ambulating, and feeding
• Observe and report changes in resident behavior, condition, or environment to ensure prompt attention and intervention
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and healthcare team members
• Participate in resident-centered care planning and implementation
