He desired to provide a place where people and families could go to get away from the troubles that this world may bring and to design a place that gave every person who walked through the doors a since of belonging and hope that they matter. A high-quality candidate will have basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor. We are looking for someone available for about 20-30 hours a week, to perform regular cleaning and maintenance of our soft-serve ice cream machines. Candidate preferably has prior experience with repair & maintenance of machinery, this position does include paid training. Handyman skills and qualifications might include: Ability to safely use common power and hand tools HVAC knowledge and repair skills Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems Strong communication skills with property management and tenants Self-starter with good time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Meadowbrook Treats
