Responsibilities Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Developing detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources effectively. Coordinating internal resources and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects. Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Performing comprehensive risk management to minimize potential risks to the project. Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports and stakeholder communications. Ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with our company's commitment to sustainability. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in a project management role, preferably within the energy or renewables sector. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or project management is preferred.
