Senior Accountant

Are you a seasoned accounting professional with strong reconciliations experience? Do you have strong experience using QuickBooks? We are looking for an accounting professional for a collaborative team in Roseville, CA. This job would start right away and be excellent for someone with at least five years of accounting experience, experience using QBO, and strong month-end close experience. Responsibilities Perform detailed bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close Prepare accurate financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP Review and clean up client books within QuickBooks Online, ensuring data accuracy and proper classifications Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather financial data, answer questions, and provide insight Support tax preparation and audit processes by maintaining organized, audit‑ready financial records Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a CPA firm or client services environment Experience using QuickBooks Online Strong expertise in account reconciliations and general ledger management; solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
