Desired Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in an educational setting, especially working with elementary students, is highly desirable
• Proficient in conducting evaluations and developing student interventions
• Strong collaboration skills; able to partner effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and support services for elementary students, including cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional evaluations
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute expertise to support student success
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to recommend effective instructional or behavioral interventions
• Deliver crisis intervention and counseling as needed, supporting students’ immediate needs
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to enhance student engagement and strengthen school-wide mental health supports
• Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
