United Talent is immediately hiring a Master Electrician for a company in Eleanor WV!

Job Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Supervise and mentor Journeyman Electricians, apprentices, and other electrical staff.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical panels, wiring, lighting, generators, and other electrical equipment.
• Perform inspections and testing to verify system performance and safety.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor requirements.
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and project managers regarding project progress and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and materials used.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Pay and Shift: Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm. Pay starts at $30 per hour

Requirements

• Valid Master Electrician License in the State of West Virginia.
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews.
• Knowledge of service upgrades, generators, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with estimating project costs and material requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
