Packaging Innovation And Development RoleThis role supports packaging innovation, sustainability, and new product development within a global consumer products organization.The scope is broad. You'll be involved in everything from early-stage design through commercialization, working cross-functionally to bring packaging concepts to life. A significant portion of the role focuses on rebranding efforts, including updates to labels, components, and artwork across the portfolio.You'll work closely with internal teams, manufacturing sites, and external partners to move projects forward and ensure successful launches.This team is focused on maintaining a consistent, premium brand presence across all packaging. Attention to detail matters throughout the full process, from development through documentation and specification management.What You'll DoSupport global rebranding and packaging modernization initiativesContribute to design, testing, and validation of new packaging solutionsProvide input on materials and formats across primary and secondary packagingManage timelines, tasks, and cost considerations to support on-time launchesDevelop and maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and documentationCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturersSupport packaging trials, pilots, and first production runsSource samples, quotes, and technical information for packaging componentsAssist with sustainability initiatives and regulatory requirementsConduct testing and support plant trials across multiple locationsTake on additional responsibilities as projects evolveThe TeamPackaging has become a central focus area inside the organization, with this group playing a key role in driving innovation and modernization efforts globally.The team is small, hands-on, and closely integrated with the broader business.
